Eric Cook

Eric Cook is the director of Customer Operations at T3 Performance in Avon, Ohio. For the last 10 years Eric has been creating innovative movement based training programs for adults and elite athletes from all over the country to improve movement patterns and performance. Working to engage and motivate his clients to achieve a full and pain free healthy lifestyle is where Eric found his passion for helping people.

Eric and T3’s programming are currently being applied in various settings from top corporations, high-level academic institutions, sports teams, US military, and recreation facilities around northern Ohio. In addition to training, Eric has conducted multiple camps, clinics, and coaching seminars to educate all populations on the fundamentals of health & exercise, nutrition and mental health.

Eric attended the University of Mount Union as a communications major and 2x NCAA football national champions. Eric lives in Avon, Ohio with his wife Ashley. They both compete in triathlons, enjoy outdoor activities, and taking their dog Jackson on long walks.

Meredith Hardington

Meredith Hardington is a Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and she grew up in a real estate family. She graduated from Rocky River High School and Cleveland State University in ’98 with a BA in Marketing. She then spent 5 years in Florida in sales for a title company and also was the office manager there. She returned to Cleveland and partnered with her mother Gloria to form The SALEmaker Team in 2010 that is based in Rocky River. They are ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide and enjoy selling all types of homes. “My job is usually a happy time for people. They buy houses when they are getting married, starting a family, getting promoted or just see something they fall in love with. It makes me happy to be a part of their lives in this important time”, she says. Being a Realtor is not just about selling a house. It is about families and their hopes and dreams.

Meredith and her husband Shaun Brady live in Avon Lake and are avid boaters. In her spare time she loves to walk her two dogs Yoda and Jolene.

Jen Koch

Jen Koch founded Smiles with Style in 2012.  The inspiration for Smiles with Style grew out of her volunteer experience at Akron Children’s Hospital.  Prior to devoting her time to Smiles with Style, Jen spent her time as a manager of several insurance products and teams.  She began her career as a CPA with Ernst & Young and then went on to become an investment banker with McDonald Investments.

Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University, an EMBA from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Jen lives in Sagamore Hills, Ohio with her husband Brian.

Dave Mader

Dave Mader is a Commercial Account Executive for Chicago Title. He acts as a dot connector between those in the commercial real estate community. What he enjoys most about his profession is that he has the ability to facilitate connections that help spark growth in Northeast Ohio. Everything Dave does is based on belief that if you do what you say you are going to do, good things will happen.

In 2009, Dave graduated from Miami University where he studied Marketing and Communications. Dave lives in Strongsville with his wife, two children, and their dog. In addition to being a board member for Smiles with Styles, Dave is a member of the Strongsville Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP, and CREW.

Tom Murphy

Tom Murphy is an Information Services professional with over 20 years of experience implementing customized systems for corporate clients.  Tom is currently working at McGean in Cleveland Ohio.  Tom’s career has focused on web-based technologies, ERP systems, cloud solutions and business process automation across banking, biotech, financial services, retail and chemical manufacturing.

Tom is a graduate of Rutgers Graduate School of Management where he earned his MBA in Finance and E-commerce.  Undergraduate studies completed at The Ohio State University with a BS in Finance.

After 20 years in the NY area Tom has moved back to his hometown in Novelty, Ohio.
